Before you set off.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for each £1 spent on eligible retail products. Wholesale purchases are excluded. Shipping is excluded. Points are based on the amount paid for eligible products after discounts.
What do the five Poké Balls mean?
They mark your progress: Poké Ball at 40 points, Great Ball at 80, Ultra Ball at 120, Luxury Ball at 160 and Master Ball at 200. They are milestones towards one reward, not five separate discounts.
How does the £5 reward work?
Redeem 200 points for £5 off a future eligible retail order of £30 or more. One £5 reward per order. Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes. 200 points are deducted when you redeem.
Can I keep saving my points?
Yes. Your points keep accumulating beyond 200 until you choose to redeem. For example, redeeming one reward from a balance of 350 leaves you with 150 points.
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned on refunded products are adjusted to reflect the refund. Full programme terms will be confirmed before launch.
