Shipping Information
At Legends Bound, we aim to provide safe, reliable shipping for Pokémon TCG products, figures and collectibles across the UK and Europe.
Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your collectibles arrive in excellent condition.
Where your order is dispatched from
All retail products are dispatched from the United Kingdom, except FUNISM Home Collection figures, which are dispatched directly from China. All other FUNISM figures and blind boxes are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Free Shipping
United Kingdom
Free standard shipping on retail orders of £150 or more.
Europe
Free standard shipping on retail orders of €200 or more to eligible European destinations.
Free shipping eligibility, available delivery services and any applicable charges are confirmed at checkout.
Order Processing
For products available in our UK warehouse, orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during particularly busy periods.
UK Delivery
Orders dispatched from our UK warehouse are normally delivered within the following estimated timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
European Delivery
We ship to eligible destinations across Europe.
Delivery times and shipping options vary depending on the destination, courier and dispatch location.
Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.
FUNISM Home Collection — Dispatched from China
Only FUNISM Home Collection figures are shipped directly from our supply partners in China. These larger figures are in stock and are not pre-orders.
Estimated delivery: approximately 14 calendar days from the date of your order. This includes around 2 days for preparation before the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The UK delivery estimates above do not apply to Home Collection figures.
To enable air shipping, each Home Collection figure is dispatched in two separate parcels at the same time: one contains the figure in its protective white polystyrene inner packaging, and the other contains the outer box cover. Both parcels form part of the same order and may arrive separately.
Any product-specific delivery information will be displayed on the product page where applicable.
Wholesale Enquiries
Wholesale orders are handled separately from our standard online retail checkout.
Our Wholesale catalogue is available to approved business customers.
Minimum wholesale order value: £250.
Free standard UK shipping on qualifying wholesale orders dispatched from UK stock starts at £500. This shipping threshold is separate from the £250 minimum order value.

Availability, final pricing, payment instructions, shipping arrangements and estimated delivery times will be confirmed separately by our wholesale supply partner.
Wholesale transactions are not completed through the Legends Bound retail checkout.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
Orders dispatched from our UK stock to Europe or other destinations outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and carrier handling fees.
For these shipments from the United Kingdom, any applicable import charges not included in the checkout total are the responsibility of the buyer.
For orders dispatched directly from China, including FUNISM Home Collection, there are no additional customs duties or import charges for the buyer to pay on delivery.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided by email when available after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after collection by the courier.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier disruptions, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
